  • LAMDA Speaking in Public

When do lessons run?

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

  • LAMDA Acting

  • LAMDA Speaking in Public

Each subject takes place in its own 30 minute lesson, scheduled at different times during the school day. Lessons are tailored to each students age, ability and exam level.

Showcases and Exams

Students are invited to take part in two informal showcases during the year to share their work with family and friends.

LAMDA exams are optional and take place at the end of the academic year. Teachers discuss readiness with families before entry.

My son has some communication difficulties, and speaking in front of an audience has always been a big challenge for him.
At the recent LAMDA showcase, he stood centre stage and recited his poem with a loud, confident voice — something we never imagined possible just a few months ago.
Miss Ilenia has been an incredible teacher who helped him build his confidence step by step. We are so proud of what he achieved, and so grateful to Elizabeth Samuels Drama School for creating such a supportive and inspiring environment
